Vindlinge Church lies just to the east of Nyborg, in a small village. It is the third largest rural church in Denmark. It was established at the beginning of the fourteenth century. It is cruciform, the two wings being added to the nave during the course of the 1300s. The porch and large tower to the west were added about 1400. The interior contains a large late Gothic altarpiece that dates from around 1480. The church contains a private chapel for the owners of Holckenhavn Slot.
