Tirsbæk Slot is a beautiful building that dates back to the sixteenth century. It lies on the north side of the fjord. It is still a private home. The Tirsbæk Slotspark covers 12 hectares and was laid out in renaissance style in 1745. It incorporates vegetable, fruit and flower gardens, and the oldest surviving vineyard in Denmark. A marked pathway can be walked by visitors that gives excellent views of the beautiful park and nearby forest.
