Taulov Church is situated to the west of Fredericia. Owing to high towers being forbidden within the garrison of Fredericia’s fortifications, Taulov Church’s high spire has long been a navigation mark for seafarers. Much of the its furniture dates from the seventeenth century. A unique round chapel forms part of the church – it dates from the sixteenth century. The highly attractive, light interior is the result of the work of painter Arne Hansen. The church is a frequent venue for concerts.
