Skovlænge Church lies several miles to the east of Nakskov. It is located in teh open countryside where it is partly sheltered by a patch of established woodland. The church dates from late in the Romanesque period, when the chancel and nave were built. The porch is Gothic. The church has no tower. The font dates from the establishment of the church and is carved in graite. The church has a fine altarpiece that dates from 1630. The same craftsman responsible for this carved the pupæit which is from round the same time.
