St. Morten’s church attracts an annual twenty thousand visitors per year as the only remaining pre-reformation church in the ancient town of Randers. The present building has its origins at the turn of the sixteenth century, although there had been a church on this site longer. The facade is eighteenth-century and is in red brick in a Baroque style. The church’s 49 bells ring out automatically on the hour, and are performed in concert once a week.
