Qualified guides from the town’s tourist bureau conduct Ribe town walks. In tours lasting an hour and a half, the guides take in the major sights of Ribe, one of Denmark’s oldest and best-preserved settlements. The standard walks cover the old city and one of either the Cathedral, or St Catherine’s Church and cloisters, depending on the day of the week. Guides speak Danish, German and English. Guides may also be booked exclusively by a group and custom-designed tours can be arranged.
