Mosevrå Church is in Romaesque style and is built of red brick. It was built to the same plan as Oksby Church. The two churches were designed to replace the primitive building that had perviously served the area, that had a thatched roof, the last of its kind in Denmark. The inventory of the new church is of interest since it contains some items from the old building. These include an original medieval font carved of granite. The altar silver also comes from the original church.
