Mols Bjerge lie to the east of Ebeltoft. The hills form one of the highest areas above sea level in Denmark. They support a stunning area of woodland and heath that is full of colourful wild flowers, especially in spring and summer. There are several Bronze Age burial mounds. Mols Bjerge is particularly popular with cyclists. There are several marked and established footpaths. The area is protected and is likely to become a national park. There is an unmanned visitor centre here.
