The striking Margrethe Church is found in the western suburbs of the city of Aalborg. It is formed with a large amount of glass and is in the shape of a giant isosceles triangular prism, with a separate bell tower. It was consecrated in 1972. The interior of the church features weavings by Berit Hjelholt and ornaments by goldsmith Bent Exner. The hall features a seies of paintings by Grethe Elisabeth Nordsagen. The church is accessible by bus from the City Centre.
