Hørre Hedeby is the site of a two-thousand year old settlement. It lies in Olympiaparken to the south east of Aalborg town centre. The best-preserved house was around 90 square metres and housed both a family and their livestock. You can still see significant parts of the original stonework. At the site there is a picnic area which has been provided with tables and benches for visitors as well as an information board about the attraction.
