Helgenæs Vicarage is situated in beautiful countryside in a rural, agricultural area. It is administered by Ebeltoft Museum. The lovingly preserved building contains an authentic classroom dating from the beginning of the twentieth century, and a sitting room from the same time. The museum contains an extensive range of historical agricultural machinery and tools. Working demonstrations of artisan crafts sometimes take place here. In the garden there is a reconstruction of a Viking Age house based on local excavations.
