Galleri Mernild is the largest art gallery in Herning. It is situated in the centre of the town, not far from the railway station. The gallery has a working studio where Palle Mernild can be observed working on various creations. It hosts exhibitions by various well-known and distinguished artists, mainly from Denmark. There is a sculpture garden where a variety of large-scale pieces are on display. The gallery has a shop which sells original works.
