Fyns Kunstmuseum is an imposing building located in the centre of Odense, near Odense Slot and Kongens Have. It contains one of the largest collections of Danish art outside Copenhagen. It deals with works created from the eighteenth century onwards. The aim of the collection is to represent, as far as possible, all significant Danish artists and movements during the past two hundred and fifty years. It mount regular temporary exhibitions on specific themes. The museum has a shop.
