Errindlev Church lies towards the south of Lolland, due south of the main town, Maribo. The church was founded in the thirteenth century. It is dedicated to St. Nicholas, patron saint of mariners. This is a common dedication in coastal areas of Denmark. The pews are carved with the coats of arms of local nobles Anders Gøye and Karen Wallendorff. The pulpit was made in the seventeenth century. The altarpiece is a painting from 1872 which depicts Christ at the well with the Samaritan woman.
