Enslev Church lies due west of the Djursland town of Grenaa. It is a small village church that dates from before the Reformation. It has a Romanesque choir and nave; these were extended extended in the Gothic period. A medieval relief is cut into the wall depicting a warrior with sword and shield. The altar is made of limestone. It is fronted by a panel made in the Renaissance period. The altarpiece contains a panel depicting a familiar scene in Danish churches, namely Christ blessing children.
