The Danish Railway Museum is located close to Odense railway station and is one of the town’s major tourist attractions. It has a floor area of over ten thousand square metres and features an extensive selection of genuine carriages and locomotives including restaurant cars, sleeping cars, and royal carriages. Visitors can also enjoy model railway layouts, simulations and computer games. The museum contains play areas for small children, a shop and café.
