For those with limited time or energy, an excellent way to see the main sights of Copenhagen is by guided bus tour, lasting about one and a half hours. Buses leave approximately every half hour from the Town Hall Square, and tickets may be bought from Tourist Information or online in advance from the website. The tours take in the main sights, such as the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, the Royal Palace at Amalienborg, The Royal Theatre, Kongens Nytorv and Nyhavn. Of course a photo stop is made at The Little Mermaid.
