The lovely Bernstorff park is located to the north of central Copenhagen and is accessible by local S-train from the Central station. It is centred around a beautiful eighteenth century manor house, the Bernstorff palace. The park is open all year round to the public. The park is a huge garden modelled closely on the style of the grounds of an English country house. Some of the idyllic features include a rose garden, huge expanses of well-kept lawn, an orchard and a gazebo.
