Bente Merrild’s Gallery is situated in the heart of the town of Ringkøbing, by the harbour. It contains a large number of works by the distinguished artist and illustrator. She has exhibited widely in Denmark and abroad in a long career that began in 1969. She is known for the warm and expressive imagery used in her paintings. She has been involved in introducing art into corporate environments and designing commercial posters. She was also the illustrator for the world’s smallest book of poems.
