This modern church lies in the residential suburb of Hvidovre, to the west of central Copenhagen. It is a Danish Evangelical Church which primarily serves the local community. It was designed by Danish Architect Palle Drost and completed in 1977. It is highly unusual in design, featuring four wings around a central court. Owing to the lack of light and enclosed nature of the central part of the church, it has something of a monastic atmosphere. The church is open to visitors and worshippers daily.
